The Illinois Democratic County Chairmen’s Association is pleased to invite you to our annual Democratic County Chairmen’s Brunch. It will be held at 9:00am on Thursday August 18, 2016 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Springfield.

The Chairmen’s Brunch has become the premier event for Democrats from across Illinois. This year we are expecting another capacity crowd of well over a thousand fired up Democrats! This is the largest Democratic event in the State of Illinois and we would be honored to have you attend.

There are several sponsorships available for the Chairmen’s Brunch. A description of sponsorship levels is attached. We are still in the process of confirming our Key Note Speaker. Sponsorships will assure that you will be able to meet our Key Note Speaker at a separate event prior to the Chairmen’s Brunch.

The IDCCA is also putting together an Ad Book for this year’s Chairmen’s Brunch. Information detailing the ads that are available and the donation levels for each ad can be found online at This Ad Book will be in the hands of every attendee at the Chairmen’s Brunch and hundreds of Precinct Committeemen, Elected Officials, Labor Leaders and Democratic activists.

The IDCCA’s mission is to help elect Democrats from the White House to the Courthouse. The IDCCA assists each County Party with recruiting and filling vacant Precinct Committeemen positions, training County Chairmen and Precinct Committeemen, providing support to all Statewide and Congressional campaigns, and assisting with resources to all County Chairmen. With your continued support, we will be successful in electing Democrats throughout Illinois.

The IDCCA assists the County Chairmen and Precinct Committeemen who do whatever it takes to get Democrats elected cycle after cycle. These are the experienced campaign workers who help turn out Democrats and reach undecided voters. Just like these individuals, the IDCCA is also committed to every race on the Democratic ticket.

The Sponsorships and Ad Book are both excellent ways to show your recognition of the commitment that each of the County Chairmen has shown.
